Is your backpack packed and ready for a new school year?

We would like to invite students of all ages & educators to bring their school bags to church to have them blessed and ask for God’s blessing on the upcoming school year!

Rally Sunday

Sunday, September 15 @ 9:00 a.m.

During the 9:00 a.m. worship, the church will say a prayer of blessing, guidance, wisdom, and protection over you as you start a new school year. Please join us!

Sunday School begins this day, too! Meet your teacher downstairs in Fellowship Hall at 10:15 am. Invite your friends and family! All  are welcome!


Voices of Peace, a Southern Gospel group, will be having a service/concert, September 22 at       Faith Lutheran Church, at 9:00 am. The group:  Bud McAtee, from Brillion, lead guitar, lead vocal harmony, his wife Carolyn McAtee, lead and harmony vocal, Ruth Franz, from Manitowoc, on keyboard, Mike Brown, from Chilton, bass vocal,  On occasion, Don Olson, from Crivitz, rhythm guitar and his wife Elaine Olson, on sound check and product table. Don’t miss this concert!  A love offering will be taken to support their ministry. The public is welcome.  




Sunday, September 22 and Wednesday, September 25 are designated as 


Soap collection dates. Please bring in new bars of gentle soap (Dove, Ivory) and place in the containers in the Gathering Space.




Faith Lutheran will follow the Valders Public School District’s policy regarding closings, cancellations, etc. SO...If schools are closed…FAITH LUTHERAN is closed (church & office) no activities, worship, etc. If they dismiss classes early or cancel after school activities, FLC also cancels evening activities BUT MAY NOT CANCEL WORSHIP. No need to wonder, no need to get all bundled up.  Simply put- stay put!  What about Sundays?  If the worship service needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be announced ASAP.          


Faith's Food Pantry is open the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:00-10:00 a.m. serving people within a 10 mile radius of Valders. If you are in need, please stop in and we can help you.
